Lifetime Warranty

SoftLite Warranties

All SoftLite residential vinyl products come standard with a non-prorated lifetime warranty that can be transferred if you move or sell your house (transfer fee applies). SoftLite warrants that its vinyl windows and doors will be free from manufacturing or material defects for as long as such products remain in use at the home where originally installed and the original purchaser (or authorized transferee) owns and resides in such home. Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to protect your investment and our reputation. It guarantees that our windows will not chip, crack, peel, or blister under conditions of normal wear and service. We also warrant all moving parts and the hermetically insulated seal against defects in materials or workmanship. Finally, we offer an optional glass breakage rider for extra peace of mind. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty shows that we stand behind our windows and the people who buy them. All products must be registered within sixty (60) days of installation. Homeowners can transfer this lifetime limited warranty one time (for a fee).

We are loving our windows so far! Our 40-year-old house had all original windows, which were single-paned and in rather poor shape (some wouldn't open, the ones that would open wouldn't stay open, no screens, etc). Our air conditioner broke at the beginning of the summer and we haven't been able to get it replaced yet, but our new windows have kept the house much cooler during the day and we're able to open them at night, making the summer bearable. We love them!

"After comparing many brands of vinyl replacement windows such as those found in big box stores, and brands like Pella ( the showroom versión not the Lowe’s product ) Softlite was a superior quality window. From my experience with SoftLite windows,I expected the sliding patio door to be wonderful, and it is. The door slides effortlessly, the screen door pull is designed to protect the screen by keeping your fingers away from it, the extra lock is easy to operate with your foot, and the structure of the door is quite airtight.
