“We kept adding additions to our house over the course of 17 years. Consequently three parts of the house had windows from three different manufacturers in them. In the original part of the house we replaced the 50 year-old windows with double hung windows from a well known manufacturer. The problem with the new windows was that they always crashed at the meeting rails when you closed them. It was a real struggle to make sure the windows were properly sealed when closed and locked. In the second section of the house we installed windows from a manufacturer who ended up going bankrupt a few years after the windows were installed. When that happened there was no one to honor the window warranty if a sash failed. In the last section of the house we installed Soft-Lite windows. They are the best windows we’ve ever had…in ANY house we’ve owned. They reliably seal at the meeting rails. They glide up and down easily. You don’t feel drafts through them on windy days. And because Soft-Lite has been in business since 1937 and has a safe and sound history of business practice, we’re confident Soft-Lite will always be around to honor their lifetime warranty. We would never purchase windows again from any other manufacturer.”

“Good afternoon, My wife and I live in a NJ farmhouse whose original roots are traced back to the 1740’s. Among the many decisions that have gone into the modernizing and upgrading procedures, replacement windows were among our first. This note is to tell you how much we appreciate the product that we have recently installed. After shopping extensively and talking to many homeowners in our community with similar homes, we chose to purchase the Bainbridge LE window by Soft-Lite through a local distributor.
