I am very impressed with the SoftLite windows. When we recently purchased our home, the previous homeowner said she replaced most of the windows. When winter hit, two of our bedrooms were much colder than the others. Thankfully, we were left records, so we called the past installer. We replaced all of the remaining windows and immediately felt a difference in the temperature in each room. What was also very impressive was the delivery lead time was much quicker than we were told / expected. Not only was this a nice surprise in general, but it allowed us to have a warmer home, and lower heating bill, for most of the winter.
