Couldn’t be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. REMARKABLE improvement. These were Imperial Elite Triple Pane and I’m so glad I went with the triple pane. They were worth the upgrade. The following week we had winds up to 26 miles per hour. You wouldn’t even notice it inside the home. Sound, most all outside sound eliminated. Oh there is still the sound of a dog barking, the trash truck going by but they are muffled and not annoying anymore. We sleep better now. As for heat, I’ve notice the electric baseboards aren’t turning on as much or working as hard to keep the home warm. This is going to save on the electric bill for sure. We should have done this long ago. The windows are solid. Jim used OSI Quad Seal.
